I started a project in 2020 to add a bar to my basement. I worked with Jim who helped me select the right products for my wall. He recommended some stacked stone and a very cool mosaic for behind my tappers. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out! Builders Flooring also removed some carpet from the bar area and installed some luxury vinyl plank which looks great and has held up wonderfully even with 30 people and multiple dogs on it. She was sensitive to the intended needs we had for the carpeting and presented accurate information about all price ranges. Jim Kertis, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and professional dealing with the insurance company to validate and facilitate the claim. His staff, Cory and Chuck, did a phenomenal job with a crazy difficult removal and replacement of the flooring in a very short window of time. My 81-year-old MIL is ecstatic with her new floor, and that is an understatement. She claims it’s the best floor she has had in her kitchen in over 60 years of living in that house.
