Decision making for our new house was beyond overwhelming. Michelle offered her expertise and guidance, making the process a lot less stressful and even fun. Her knowledge about the materials and installation process is impressive and we felt very comfortable trusting Michelle to steer us in the right direction. Cannot express how great the whole process was with Builders Flooring. Jim came out quite a while before I made the decision to go with them, and they still had all of my information on file. The installer, Cody, was phenomenal. He had such an attention to detail and concern to make sure what he was doing to my satisfaction. I am physically challenged and he was always thinking ahead of where his tools were, what he was doing could hinder my mobility around the house, etc. Lead time for install date was super short too! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a flooring company. Highly would recommend!!

When I checked out samples in the showroom of Builders Flooring, Michelle showed me a wide range of carpeting without the slightest amount of pressure. She was sensitive to the intended needs we had for the carpeting and presented accurate information about all price ranges. Installation was professionally done, along with some carpet stretching in additional space, and the whole project went like clockwork. This company is a class act!

My mother-in-law had water leakage/damage under her kitchen floor. The damage ended up being extensive due to the length of time the problem existed. Jim Kertis, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and professional dealing with the insurance company to validate and facilitate the claim. His staff, Cory and Chuck, did a phenomenal job with a crazy difficult removal and replacement of the flooring in a very short window of time. My 81-year-old MIL is ecstatic with her new floor, and that is an understatement. She claims it’s the best floor she has had in her kitchen in over 60 years of living in that house. A HUGE thank you to Jim, Cory, and Chuck for handling this job like we were family. I HIGHLY recommend this company – they get 10 stars out of 5 from me!
